FORCE SIMULATED CASES
ABOUT
Simulated cases are virtual replicas of real scenarios of cooperation between two Member States issuing or executing a request of a freezing/confiscation order. The cases go a long way to create an experience with high degrees of interactivity. The learner has to answer multiple-choice questions in order to self-assess his/her capability to apply the cooperation best practices implemented in the project. Answering the questions correctly, the user
will be able to get to the resolution of the case.
TARGET GROUPS
Simulated cases are designed for professionals (Judges, Prosecutors, Lawyers, Attorneys, LEAs officers) that have already gained a basic knowledge of freezing/confiscation orders’ dynamics and students interested in the subject matter that
will enrich their studies with a practical approach.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The main learning objectives of the simulated cases are:
- to support the continued specialisation and technical training of learners
- to contribute to enhanced knowledge among practitioners
- to develop the ability to apply the Regulation 2018/1805/EU with a practical
approach
